Paralegal I The candidate provides moderately complex administrative and legal support to attorneys and legal professionals by performing a broad range of paralegal functions including regulatory matters, corporate matters, and special projects. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Investigates the factual support for transactions, including the preparation of exhibits, charts and diagrams. Reviews and drafts legal documents, correspondence and other materials requiring knowledge of legal terminology and document formats. Organizes and tracks transaction files, including research, and/or contract documents. Obtains, organizes, and serves as point of contact for due diligence or projects. Resolves routine legal issues under direction of supervising attorney or legal professional. Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, precedent, articles, codes and other legal resources. Creates and maintains databases. Serves as liaison for internal clients, law firms, state and federal agencies, vendors, and customers. Should have Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience. Must have 0-3 years paralegal or equivalent work experience.
