Structured Finance Associate The candidate must be a senior-level associate with 4-10 years of experience working on structured finance and capital markets transactions. Will join a team with significant deal flow on a wide variety of securitizations, including credit cards, auto loans, unsecured consumer line of credit, music royalty, art loans and whole business securitizations. Should have significant drafting experience. Be the primary draftsperson of offering documents and related agreements and overseeing junior associates' assistance with the transaction.
