Junior Associate
The candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English, admitted or about to be admitted to practice in New York State, and has some relevant experience (direct experience with Special Immigrant Juvenile cases, . in a law school clinic/volunteer environment, preferred). Should have genuine passion for protecting the rights of foreign-born individuals in the United States, and a deep interest in making a long-term commitment to our well-respected and rapidly growing practice. Must possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills; is fluent in technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite; and able to successfully manage an independent caseload.
