Front Desk / File Room Legal Assistant The candidate will work as a team supervised by a Section Lead. Responsibilities may include: Logging and scanning all incoming and outgoing legal packages based on firms guidelines; Assist with daily mail pickups; Scanning, uploading and mailing of legal packages for various teams within the office; Closing legal files through internal system; Retrieving all original documents; Process firm dismissals; Maintain and organize file room; Assisting with onsite client audits; Answering multi-line phone system and transferring calls to appropriate parties; Checking in visitors; Organizing supply closet. Requires 1 years of administrated experience working within an office environment.
