Qualification and Experience
Requirements: High School degree required. 2-5 years of Florida Civil Litigation experience. Will have experience in High Volume Insurance Defense, Complex Commercial Litigation and Class Action cases. Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure with great attention to detail Work efficiently in a team environment. Proficiency Required In: E-Filling in Floridaâ€™s E-Portal PACER / Westlaw Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Experience with Time Matters and CaseMap a plus.
