ProfileSan Francisco office of our client seeks junior to mid-level finance associate attorney ideally with 2-6 years of law firm experience representing banks, non-banks, lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, private companies, impact lenders and companies in a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions, including: working capital lines; letter of credit facilities, acquisition finance; senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; loan workouts and restructurings; impact (socially responsible) lending transactions and other related transactions. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (industry-agnostic), are preferred. Candidates with other debt finance experience will be considered. Should have demonstrated sound abilities in: Leading or co-leading financing transactions, representing lenders and borrowers. Drafting, editing, and reviewing a variety of documents, including: commitment letters, loan and security agreements, intercreditor and subordination agreements and closing documentation such as certificates, resolutions and opinions, etc. Collaborating with M&A, tax, and other specialists on the structuring of financing transactions. Bar Admission in California is preferred.
