Corporate Associate - Securities / Capital Markets
The candidate must have 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions. Should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets and in particular familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance, and corporate governance requirements, as well as debt and equity markets transactions. Must have experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. Should have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
