Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle duties that include organizing logistics for patent-based trials, maintaining litigation files, organizing exhibits, preparing case notebooks, preparing simple pleadings and litigation documents, preparing deposition binders and exhibits, cite checking pleadings, reviewing litigation production documents, and other litigation and trial support. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Must preferably have familiarity with patent litigation. Should have strong academic credentials and undergraduate degree. Must preferably have paralegal certificate.
