Employee Benefits Associate
The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience. Will assist in all areas of the practice, but the position will not involve litigation and will not involve a substantial amount of executive compensation work. Qualified candidates will have a certificate or LL.M. in Employee Benefits, or experience assisting employers with their ERISA plans. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in health and welfare plan matters. Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills.
