A law firm seeks a Real Estate and Transactional Associate Attorney with over two years of experience representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will excel in drafting and negotiating transaction documents and general corporate agreements, offering high-quality legal counsel to clients.

Duties

• Represent clients, including lenders, buyers, and sellers, in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate documents for commercial transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Provide legal advice on general corporate matters and related agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during transactions.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and property research, to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with clients and other parties to facilitate successful transaction closings.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients regarding case progress and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate and transactional law.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions efficiently and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
