Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is also beneficial. 1-2 years clerical/administrative experience. Prior experience supporting paralegals or attorneys preferred. Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests. Polished and professional; Positive, client-oriented attitude. Able to manage and balance multiple tasks and priorities. Dependability and consistently at work on time.
