Paralegal/Legal Assistant Duties: Responsible for answering/screening/announcing all incoming calls in a professional manner, greet visitors, perform various clerical duties and meeting with clients. Answering all incoming calls, greet/check in/announce all visitors and take messages. Filing, copying, opening client files, file management and billing. Prepare legal documents. Prepare seminar packets and manuals. Schedule appointments and confirmation of all appointments. Meeting with clients and going over legal documents. All other projects as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Legal Experience is stongly preferred, Team-oriented, Administrative Writing Skills, Telephone Skills, Word Processing, Time Managment, Analyzing Information, Verbal Communication, Integrity, Client Confidentiality, Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task. Ability to operate standard office equipment efficiently including: copy/fax/postal machine and computers/printers. Computer softward that our firm uses in Outlook, ProDoc, Timeslips, Word and Excel.
