Legal Operations Coordinator The candidate will assist the Senior Manager of Legal Operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cohesion within the legal team. Will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Legal to align goals. Gather information, records, data, and approvals to move the ball forward with large initiatives. Manage communications, and troubleshoot issues, with vendors, outside counsel and other third parties. Must have Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant legal, operational and project management experience. In-house experience a plus (in-house in tech a plus). Must have proficiency working in a Mac environment, and specifically with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Office and Dropbox. Experience working with contracts management solutions, matter management software or legal e-billing platforms a plus.
