Labor and Employment Paralegal The candidate will assist with legal correspondence, create, maintain and organize legal files and case load. Manage discovery for workers’ compensation, HR, general liability and auto claims. Should preferably have 2+ year Paralegal Degree/ ABA approved program. Must have 3+ years prior legal experience in Labor & Employment Field. Should have strong Understanding of Employment and Labor Laws (Litigation experience preferred). Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point. Should have typing a minimum of 55 WPM min. Should have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Must possess excellent project management, time management and organizational skills. Should have ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with Attorneys, Insurance Carriers. Must have ability to review records, contracts and organize written data from a variety of sources. Should have ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.
