Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will review real estate title and survey documents and suggest revisions thereto. Draft legal documents such as deeds, easements, covenants, restrictions and contract addendums. Schedule and coordinate closings and review closing documents. File correspondence and legal documents in office filing system. Prepare and update of structure charts. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Principal and CFO including: Managing extremely active calendar of appointments. Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders. Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Works closely with Chief of Staff to keep Executives well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Organizes travel and event logistics for firm's presence at affordable housing and solar industry conferences and trade shows. Researches and writes press releases for important company events, including solar and affordable housing ground-breakings, awards, and grand openings - manages social media for the company and executives. Prioritizes conflicting needs handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadlines. Must have Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience. Should preferably have real estate Paralegal experience, preferably with experience in title work. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe and SharePoint preferred is must.
