Part-time Workersâ€™ Compensation/Social Security Disability Paralegal The candidate duties will include: Prepare initial case information, opening letters and obtain medical records; Maintain document files by scanning and labeling; Prepare and send letters, legal documents; Draft cover sheet for Appeals and Rebuttals; Calendar hearings and resolve conflicts on calendar; Calendar depositions and prepare notice letters; Prepare Releases and Affidavits; Maintain client contact; Prepare exhibits and obtain medical records. Must have Associates degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program or prior experience in legal administration. Should have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Word/Microsoft Office is needed.
