### Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- At least 1 year of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the area of “wireless communications” with knowledge of 4G/5G standards
- An advanced degree in EE and significant experience preparing technical documents describing wireless communication systems and/or standards
- Industry work experience in the area of wireless communications
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and inventors
- Ability to produce at least 3 writing samples of published applications or technical documents directed to wireless communications

### Compensation
The target annual pay range for this role in San Diego if full-time is $110,000-$130,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total compensation package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
