Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks public finance associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience preferably in real estate finance, and/or lending/corporate finance. The candidate will serve in public finance matters involving state entities and nonprofits: tax-exempt and taxable municipal bonds, including public offerings and direct purchases, and commercial loans to finance public infrastructure and other capital improvement projects; nonprofit health care, higher education, education, cultural, and other facilities. Engagements include services as bond counsel, underwriter?s counsel, disclosure counsel, and purchaser?s/lender?s counsel. Drafts transaction documents, including trust agreements, loan agreements, and closing certificates. Assists with review of due diligence materials. Drafts securities disclosure offering documents, including limited offering memorandums and official statements, bond purchase contracts, and remarketing agreements. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is essential. Should have excellent academic credentials. Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Should have a JD degree from an accredited law school.
