Global Insurance Department - Associate
The candidate ‘must have at least 3 years of significant insurance coverage experience to join the office. Should have experience litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims. Should have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Must have strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential. Nevada Bar required.
