Tax/Employee Benefits Associate, Mid Level The candidate must have 2+ years’ experience, focusing on employee benefits and executive compensation plans. Should have experience in qualified plans, M&A transactional work, designing and implementing equity incentive plans, tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare arrangements for both private and public companies are encouraged to apply.
