"Old Traditional Atmosphere"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

Management and leadership at the firm has to be more open to the concept of getting subordinates involved on some projects. I think this would help create better flow when it comes to efficiency.

Pros : The pay is decent at the firm and the benefits are great. There is also a great variety of resources that is available due to the relationships that the firm has been able to create with other industries.
Cons : Some of the major issues I have with the firm is that there seems to be a lack of interaction from the superiors to the subordinates. There is also no room for participation on cases and projects that the superiors feel is out of the pay grade of some of the attorneys.
