Supervisors need to put in more time on the job to prevent mistakes and keep the trains running on time. They should not give so much responsibility to their sometimes incompetent assistants (often relatives and personal friends).Pros : The firm gives you a lot of options to choose how you work and what you work on. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop any professional skills you want to work on, from client management to courtroom skills.
