A law firm specializing in family law is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with at least 10 years of family law litigation experience to join its team. The role is based in Beverly Hills, CA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. This position is ideal for a seasoned family law attorney who can manage a contested caseload independently and thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Duties:

• Handle a full caseload of contested family law matters with minimal supervision.
• Represent clients in family law litigation, including divorce, child custody, support, and property division.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, take depositions, and manage court appearances.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and case law.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of family law litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a family law caseload independently.
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.
• Proficiency in handling contested family law cases.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (required).
