Litigation Paralegal The candidate provides Legal administrative support for attorneys in the litigation department. Prepares, revises and finalizes legal documents, pleadings, discovery documents. Maintains attorney calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and coordinates meetings. Maintains paper and electronic files. Opens new client/matters following specific Firm protocols. Files and records documents with the appropriate offices/courts; e-Files with State and Federal Courts. Maintains complex case dockets in case management system. Coordinates client billing, resolves discrepancies. Completes time entries. Handles trial preparation including organization of discovery, preparation of exhibits, bates labeling, etc. Assists attorney with creation of marketing materials, creates and edits presentations. Must have 3+ years of experience.
