Corporate Paralegal The candidate will track and maintain corporate minute books, board books and stock records. Will track, calendar and maintain deadline-driven documents. Complete and file various forms with the IRS. Draft and process legal response letters. Assist in the preparation of corporate documents. Retrieval of certified copies of corporate documents from state officials for corporate transactions. Perform public searches of all kinds. Assist with SEC filings and searches within the SEC’s EDGAR database. Proofread documents. Assist with tasks in connection with closing of corporate transactions. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented and have very strong technology skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work under the supervision of several attorneys.
