Receptionist / Legal Assistant Duties: Answer incoming telephone calls. Meet and greet clients, personnel and vendors. Schedule conference room meetings as needed. Receive, scan, and distribute mail. Make photocopies, assist with scanning projects and preparing correspondence. Schedules appointments, maintains calendar and assist with expense reports. Assist with attorney timesheet entry. Assist legal secretaries with filing/serving legal documents and clerical tasks. Oversee and maintain kitchen, conference rooms and common areas throughout office. Assist with ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: High School diploma, Bachelors degree preferred. 1-3 years' prior experience in a professional environment, law firm preferred. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Attention to detail and high level of initiative. Pleasant and warm personality. General knowledge of Microsoft 2016 (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Excellent attendance and punctuality a must.
