Legal Assistant I
Duties: Coordinate and instruct field as to the proper instructions and business procedure necessary to accommodate all requests – ongoing, day to day communication with upper management and their assistants. Review, verify, and cross reference files with submitted documents in files to verify compliance and flag inconsistencies and incorrect information before supervisory approval. Share in receptionist/telephone duties. Special projects as assigned. Authorized Signatories.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Completion of a High School diploma. of 1-2 years of experience in the real estate/title business which includes experience in legal documents and processes. Attention to fine detail and pays great attention to compliance and accuracy of the overall Agency contract file. Further understanding and experience of the real estate/title business is required. Highly detail oriented. Great organization skills. Ability to audit and update vast amounts of data. Understands legal verbiage and a general understanding of how to properly change verbiage. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office – can easily format, create templates and other reports in Excel and Word. Ability to effectively train and communicate to different work personalities.
