Be more flexible with the scheduling and allow employees to take vacations more often. The workload is heavy but compensated well.
Pros : Novena&Novena LLP has one of the best reputations in the state, and it is easy to see why. There is so much to learn and do while everyone is making sure you're doing your best.Cons : There is a lot of work that seems to never end, but it's great for strengthening your weaknesses.
