A law firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Associate Attorney with the following responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits:

Job Overview:

The Senior Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex family law matters, representing clients in court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and counsel.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and motions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and client representation.
• Attend continuing legal education courses and stay updated on changes in family law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Active Bar admission in the state of California.

Education and Certifications:
