Conflicts Attorney Responsibilities: Review and analyze conflicts of interest reports with respect to clients, matters and incoming lawyers. Facilitate resolution of potential conflicts problems for lawyers firm wide. Advise as to necessary waivers, and, upon request, assist in drafting waivers and engagement letters.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: JD Degree and 5+ years of legal experience. Experience with conflicts analysis strongly preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work productively with firm personnel at all levels. Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
