I would like to advise management that they should create staff positions for long-terms and growth opportunities should be provided on the basis of merit.Pros : Pay is above market average and perks are also good. Other positive things are Friendly staff, good benefits and nice working environment. The firm has a great culture that promotes diversity and inclusiveness, which is rare to find these days.
