Executive Legal Administrative Assistant / Paralegal Duties: Working directly with the firm’s principal. Calendaring, Scheduling. Keeping Track of and Adhering to Court Deadlines. Working on a variety of cases in a wide range of industries. Follow directions, be exceptionally organized and detail oriented, an excellent writer, an enthusiastic self-starter, and possess an overall high-level skill set. Drafting Briefs, Motions, Discovery Requests and Discovery Responses. Professional Communication with Clients and other Attorneys. File and Case Management.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required (any major accepted). Paralegal Certification a plus. Notary Certification a plus 3+ years of Administrative Experience (email, phones, filing, etc. - usual office operational duties). Experience working for an employment litigation law firm is ideal. Prior experience in a LEGAL office is required (Law Students, Paralegals & Legal Secretaries are encouraged to apply). Federal Court E-Filing experience. Must be completely bilingual (English/Spanish). Must be very trustworthy and able to adhere to strict confidentiality. Familiar with PACER and CLIO. Legal Research – Westlaw. Professional Demeanor and able to handle constructive criticism. Experienced using an Apple Computer and its software. Prior Job References (advise us if we can contact your current employer). Home computer or laptop a plus.
