Corporate Associate - Technology and Transactions
The candidate must have 3+ years of substantive experience. Experience in transactions where technology itself is the subject of the business relationship is required. Should preferably have experience in licensing, SaaS, development, and business process outsourcing and enterprise transformation where clients use technology strategically. Must have proficiency in payments, financial services, technology business models, privacy and security, and issues related to the protection and exploitation of data. An interest and willingness to learn about new technology and technology law is necessary. Will work on matters for technology companies through all stages of their life-cycle, including day-to-day counseling through direct interactions with senior management, negotiating and advising both issuers and investors with respect to venture capital financings, and negotiating strategic transactions and acquisitions. Superior academic credentials are required.
