"A law firm with a reputation for success in and out of the courtroom"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

The firm can improve by adding more diverse staff to its company culture. This will improve relations among staff.

Pros : The best part about working here is the advice and experience you'll get on a daily basis from senior management. They actually want to work with you and help you succeed here. The ethos is not all about competition. There is a sentiment of encouragement among the staff.
Cons : There is not much to say here, except that associates think they aren't getting paid enough here. If you want or need to earn more, you should look elsewhere.
