Junior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting attorneys and Senior Paralegals with preparing legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery-related materials. Will be managing case files and matter documents through e-Rooms and docketing systems. Ensuring filings are in compliance with court rules and filing and e-filing documents therein, specifically in state and federal courts. Assisting attorneys and Senior Paralegals with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas. Assisting with document review and analysis through various platforms, e.g., Relativity, Concordance, etc. Tracking and managing deadlines throughout the lifecycle of a case.

The candidate should preferably have Bachelor's Degree; ABA Certified Paralegal Certificate. Strong coordination and teamwork skills essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal needed. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work hands-on as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other document management software and technology needed.
