- Independently handle cases from start to finish
- Develop and execute strategies for advocating on behalf of clients

- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and security instruments
- Attend hearings and trials

- Graduate of an ABA accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience
