Senior Attorney The candidate involves working collaboratively with other senior litigation attorneys and paralegals within the firm’s Contested Litigating Group, which provides primary oversight and management of the firm’s national litigation program and nation-wide network of trial attorneys. Experience with the management and oversight of attorneys and/or paralegals is preferred but not required. The position will rarely involve courtroom appearances, however the candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of civil procedure and all aspects of litigation, including post-judgment remedies and appeal. Experience in a high volume practice is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable balancing multiple assignments while adhering to a variety of strict deadlines. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment, as well as collegially, with other attorneys and litigation staff.
