Paralegal The candidate will work under the supervision of the attorney and will provide typical Paralegal/Legal Assistant services. Will serve in preparing, retaining, and organizing correspondence, legal documents, agreements, pleadings, discovery and electronic data both electronically and in paper filing. Have ability to efficiently and accurately operate personal computer utilizing Microsoft office, Adobe, Pacer/ECF and MyCase Case Management Software.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 2+ years of legal experience, preferably in any of the following areas of law: Civil Litigation; Wills, Trusts, Probate. Must be proficient in electronic court filings and be knowledgeable of Indiana court procedures and rules. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are also a must. Should also be motivated and accountable, with excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced practice area, as well as be a team player.
