PTC Governance Change Analyst The candidate responsible for supporting PTC governance strategy, execution and compliance. Responsible for responsible for reviewing PTC change requests to ensure all change requirements have been met in preparation for change approval that align with the PTC change management and configuration management processes. Updates process flows, procedure documents and manuals. Researches regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information. Supports change and release requests through the Configuration Management process utilizing ServiceNow. Maintains data quality, integrity and security of Service Now configuration management database. Provides input toward the design of PTC governance training programs. Supports the creation and maintenance of status reports of compliance with PTC governance processes. Conducts PTC Governance compliance review audits, including a thorough report and analysis of trends/findings, in addition to detailed after-action reports. Supports change/release/Configuration readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and go/no-go reviews. Provides assistance with updating and maintaining Change Management templates, user access, training users concerning the use of the Change Management tools and processes. Maintains cross-functional relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Supports the creation of success metrics, including detailed KPIs and Critical Success Factors. Exemplifies firm Vision, Values, and Culture in each and every interaction with team, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelorâ€™s degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience with emphasis on program governance and compliance or change, configuration and release management programs; 2+ years Change/Configuration Management Experience; 2+ years working in Railroad operations or compliance programs or program management of IT rollout initiatives; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred. ITIL Foundations is preferred. Experience with ServiceNow Change Module is preferred. IT Technical skills, with an ability to understand complex architectures is essential. Good understanding/experience of the program/project management process is essential. Experience in regulatory compliance analysis, processes or programs is essential. Strong analytical and problem solving skills is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential. Excellent active listening skills is essential.
