The ideal candidate must be proficient in probate, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax return preparation, and drafting basic estate planning documents. A strong work ethic and very good practice management and interpersonal skills are essential. Should have excellent academic credentials and be a motivated self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced and collegial environment. Large firm experience and/or portable billings are a significant plus.
