Litigation secretary The candidate should have 5 years of experience as a legal secretary supporting attorneys in federal and state court business litigation practices; knowledge of federal and state court requirements and procedures for formatting and filing briefs, including at trial; expertise in calendaring and electronic filing systems (ECF, PACER, First Legal, OneLegal, etc.); and fluency in office and litigation support software, including Adobe Acrobat Pro, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Law Toolbox, Lexis, transcript management software, and electronic discovery databases. Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively under time restraints, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
