Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Graduate student in relevant field (preferably law degree). Preferred JD Degree; Law degree -valid in Mexico. Prior work experience in environments that require communication in a culturally sensitive manner with diverse populations. Experience working independently as well as part of a research team to coordinate and lead specific activities. Bilingual Spanish speaker with Spanish reading/writing skills; bi-cultural for Mexican American populations Mexico. Flexibility, strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Availability during some weekdays. Some availability to work weekends and evenings. Training, skills, and experience conducting qualitative data analyses. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical or statistical software. Excellent organizational and communication (including writing) skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate several simultaneous project activities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a research team. Fluent in Spanish.
