Senior Attorney The candidate will handle family law matters from beginning to end; Drafting legal documents and supervising the preparation of legal documents; Lead and manage support team, which may include associate and paralegal; Regularly meet and communicate with clients; Devise and communicate strategies to team members and Managing Attorney;Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions; Communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel and others in a professional and respectful manner while advocating for our clients; Deliver excellent customer service and strive for excellence; Handle collaborative law cases, marital agreements, and complex custody and property matters. Will lead, manage, and contribute to firm’s legal team. Will be comfortable working with a predominantly female client base that includes professionals, stay at home wives, mothers, millennials, and retirees. Proven track record of success with complex property matters and high-conflict custody matters, including negotiating and litigating with narcissistic personalities. Ability to connect with clients and deliver superior customer service; requires minimal supervision adaptable, optimistic, growth mindset, learner, and open-minded; strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership; desire to succeed, help others, and produce results ; networking and rainmaking preferred and will be encouraged.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Active member of the State Bar of Texas in good standing required. Comprehensive knowledge of family law. 5 years’ experience in family law, especially divorce, high conflict personalities, and complex property. Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and MS Office 365, including Outlook. Knowledge of Clio and Netdocuments preferred. Collaborative law training preferred.
