Job Title: Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary
Department: Family Law
Location: Maryville, IL
Salary: - $21 per hour (BOE)

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients, take accurate messages, and handle deliveries and faxes
- Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research using various resources
- Organize files and maintain pleading panels
- Enter billable hours into designated software
- Complete any other tasks requested by management

Qualifications:

- Previous law firm experience preferred
- Experience in family law preferred
- Familiarity with PC programs
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
