Duties:

  • Represent clients in immigration, criminal, and family law matters.
  • Appear before the immigration court and other relevant legal bodies.
  • Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, and briefs.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation.
  • Manage a caseload and ensure deadlines and client needs are met.

Requirements:

  • MA State Bar admission required.
  • Previous litigation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • MA Bar license (Required)

Skills:

  • Legal research and writing skills.
  • Experience with immigration, criminal, or family law preferred.
  • Strong organizational and case management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
