We are looking for a self-motivated associate attorney to work with us on litigation cases primarily focused on toxic tort, products liability, personal injury and general liability defense. We provde hands-on opportunities and as much responsibility as the associate is ready ;

For this position, the Job Responsibilities Include:

- Draft pleadings and dispositive motions

- Draft and respond to written discovery and discovery motions

- Attend court hearings and argue motions

- Conduct and defend fact and expert witness depositions

- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial

- Prepare trial documents and submissions

- Provide analytical insight and recommendations
