Paralegal The candidate should be responsible for the preparation of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and beneficiary designations. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certificate required. College degree or paralegal certificate with legal experience preferred. Experience in social media marketing is a plus. 1-2 years experience as a Paralegal in the areas of business and/or estates and trusts; Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills. Basic math skills and understanding of financial transactions. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, and ability to learn and work in additional computer systems essential, as well as professional phone manner and appearance. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, initiative, and discretion required. Excellent communications skills, both written and in person. Ability to prioritize and work without supervision.
