Continuously assisting attorneys with keeping their cases well-organized and updating medical records as required. Frequent communication with clients to relay information about status on their case and appointments. Ability to multi-task required while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and able to meet deadlines. Time management, professional communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team based structure. Outstanding typing, proofreading, and familiarity with legal forms. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to work independently, to manage a high client load, to meet deadlines, and to be flexible. Developing a strong understanding of the Social Security Disability process. Bilingual Spanish is preferred

Continue to promote from within, employees appreciate the opportunity. I like the dress down Fridays. I would like it if there were summer hours for employees who choose to come in early to leave early in the summer time.Pros : Everyone here is so nice to work with. They believe in promoting from within. You receive a lot of training and the supervisors are always around if you have questions. I am only here 5 months and I feel like an important part of a team.
