There needs to be implementation of staff and employee ideas. The office should not be afraid of change and should push towards embracing the new ideas.

Pros : An office environment in which staff encompasses the quality of kindness. The staff works with you. CIO has an open door policy.
Cons : The office is filled with many of the employments devoting the majority of their work history to this office. There are fewer opportunities for experience and being able to submit new ideas since some people are set in their ways.
