Labor and Employment Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting on all aspects of employment litigation. Large class action litigation matters and will provide organizational and legal support to attorneys within the group. Principal duties and responsibilities include all aspects of discovery, document management, preparation for depositions, trials and arbitration, overseeing filing of court documents and other litigation tasks and responsibilities as required. Recent employment law experience is needed. Capable of E-Filing is essential. Bachelor Degree in Legal Studies is preferred. Should have 0-5 years of litigation experience. Excellent references from past firm/attorneys are needed. Type no less than 45 wpm is needed. Strong computer skill is needed. Should have 5+ years or more of labor and employment experience working as a litigation paralegal. Individuals with a degree in Legal Studies, FRP or have completed a Paralegal Certificate are preferred. Being a Florida Registered Paralegal is strongly desired.
